When do preorders start/end?
Preorders will open on October 1st, 2025, 2025 and close on November 3rd, 2025.
Where are the profits going?
All profits after production will be donated to The Astraea Foundation.
Where are you shipping from?
We are shipping from the United States, though we are willing to ship worldwide, barring Covid-19-related and/or other importing restrictions.
When will you ship out?
Our current estimated shipping period is early 2026, but delays, updates, or otherwise changes to this timeframe will be posted about on our socials and emailed to buyers.
Will I be able to change my address?
Yes! At any time from placing your order to when we ship out, you will be able to update us on any address changes. If you need to request a change, please email [email protected] with the following:
- your order number,
- your previous address,
- and the new address.
A confirmation email will be sent when we have updated it.
When will the PDFs be sent out?
The digital orders will be sent out once we send out physical orders.
Return & Shipping Policy
Order cancellations and refunds will only be accepted until our preorders close. Cancellation requests after this period will not be accepted.
Orders will be shipped via USPS through PirateShip, unless otherwise stated. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged items.
